This consultation is best for follow up sessions for current injuries after initial evaluation was done. Your therapist will usually guide you on how long the follow up should be.

Existing patient - New problem
Choose this option if you have been with us before, but struggle with a new injury or problem. During this 1 hour session the physio will do an evaluation and treatment.

Sport Massage
This service only includes deep tissue massage. No other physio treatment will be done. If you require any other physiotherapy a normal 45 min follow up will be charged. Please take note that this option will not be billed for medical aid

This service is only for strapping. Please take not that we charge additional for material used.

Vertigo
Physical therapy, specifically vestibular rehabilitation therapy (VRT), can be highly beneficial for vertigo. VRT helps to improve balance, reduce dizziness, and enhance coordination by targeting the vestibular system, which is responsible for balance and spatial orientation. This session will be done by Antionette van Vuuren, experienced in VRT.
